Residents are advised that representatives from Home Genius Exteriors will be going door‑to‑door in the Borough offering free roof inspections and estimates. The company has purchased valid Peddler’s Permits for the period of May 2026 through May 2027.

If you have concerns about any solicitor, you may request to see their Borough‑issued permit.

If you have any concerns or run into any problems, please reach out to the Borough. And please help share this information with residents who may not be online.

SPRING YARD SALE & BRUSH PICK UP Schedule

The Borough’s Spring Yard Sale will be held on Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Brush pickup will begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, and will continue on the last Monday of each month throughout the summer and early fall.

*Friendly Reminder: This service is specifically for collecting brush: please do not include wood pieces larger than 4 inches in diameter, root balls, animal waste, garbage, and please make sure that all limbs are facing the same direction.

Public Hearing Reminder

The Milesburg Borough Council will be holding a public hearing today, March 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at 416 Front Street, Milesburg, PA 16853, to consider the application submitted by John M. Daughenbaugh requesting approval to install a crematorium at 200 Spring Street, Milesburg, PA 16853, under Section 105 of the Milesburg Borough Zoning Ordinance.

All interested parties are invited to attend.

Brush Pickup Resumes Monday, April 27, 2026

Brush pickup will resume on Monday, April 27, 2026. Throughout the spring, summer, and early fall, pickup will take place once a month on the last Monday of each month. If a severe storm causes significant debris, an additional pickup date will be scheduled, and residents will be notified.
